Refund policy
We want you to be absolutely obsessed with your rescue. But if the fit isn't quite right or the vibe is different in person, we’ve got you covered.
Here is how we handle returns:
The Window
You have 14 days from the day your parcel arrives to request a return. As long as it’s datestamped within that window, you’re good to go.
The Condition
Since we sell brand new surplus, we need the items back in the exact condition they left us.
- Tags must be attached. (No tags = no return).
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any marks, makeup, or scents.
- Shoes must be tried on indoors and returned in their original box (if supplied).
How to Return
- Email Us: Drop a line to info@therescuerack.co.za with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
- Pack It Up: Pop the item back in the packaging.
- Send It Off: We will send you instructions on where to courier it.
- Please note: Unless the item is faulty, customers are responsible for return courier costs.
Exchanges & Limited Stock
Because we deal in Factory Surplus, our inventory is strictly limited. Once a size is gone, it’s usually gone for good.
- Direct Exchanges: We cannot guarantee a direct exchange.
- The Hack: If you need a different size, we highly recommend purchasing the correct size immediately to secure it, and then returning your original item for a refund.
Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to hit your account, depending on your bank.
Faulty Items
We triple-check every garment before it leaves the rack. However, if a flaw slipped past us, please email us immediately with a photo of the issue so we can sort it out for you free of charge.
