Shipping policy

We know you want your goods ASAP. Here’s the lowdown on how we get your gear from our rack to your wardrobe.

Processing Time

We are a small team (but we move fast!).

• Dispatch: We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days.

• Weekend Orders: If you order on a Friday night or over the weekend, we’ll get them packed and ready for the courier on Monday.

Nationwide Delivery

Choose the delivery option that works best for you at checkout:

• Pudo Locker-to-Locker: R60 (5–8 business days). Collect your parcel safely and securely from your nearest automated Pudo locker at your own convenience.

• Main Centres (Door-to-Door Courier): R89 (3–5 business days). Includes JHB, PTA, CPT, DBN, and major cities.

• Regional & Outlying Areas (Door-to-Door Courier): R89 (5–7 business days). Please allow a little extra time for the driver to reach remote spots.

Free Shipping: We offer Free Delivery on all orders over R500.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as the courier collects your order, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number. Keep an eye on your inbox (and maybe your junk folder, just in case) so you can follow the journey.

International Shipping

Currently, we ship exclusively within South Africa.
